Sunrise Construction is a family-run business that began in 1985 when it was originally called Sunrise Carpentry. Founder Bob Kijowski, began his framing career working in Richmond Hill ON, working for Canada Homes.

After framing in Richmond Hill, ON and the surrounding GTA, for the first 6 years of his career; Kijowski moved to Sutton ON and began framing in the Orillia and Keswick area, working on many estate houses some on Hawk Ridge golf course (as seen in photo.) After moving to the Singhampton in 1998, he began commuting to Barrie, ON where he was the framing contractor for multiple companies.

Being a father of two sons, they also began working for Sunrise Carpentry. One of which who is now a partner in the company, Graham began framing at just 15 years of age. Being intrigued at a young age, he developed many skills working alongside his father. After 8 years of framing, he eventually renamed the company to Sunrise Construction as the company has evolved into more than just framing of homes. The father and son duo pride themselves on the work they put into each of their projects. From trim and flooring, to decks fences, and full customs homes the crew at Sunrise Construction is thrilled to assist you in your next project.
